Whistler Lodge

 

Whistler Lodge is one of two new built 5/6 bedroom dwellings constructed for a high end Property Developer. The site is located in a substantial plot and makes best use of the elevated southerly aspect.

The dwelling was built using traditional masonry construction and incorporates u/f heating throughout, mechanical vent heat recovery and is heated with an air source heat pump. The dwelling achieved a low air permeability which helped obtain a very high energy efficiency rating.
