The practice offers the full range of RIBA architectural services that will guide you through the process of developing your project using sustainable and economical design expertise.


We collaborate with trusted consultants across all project stages and can secure competitive quotations for additional services such as structural engineers, landscape design, risk management and project management.

Your Brief
(RIBA Stages 0)

We visit your property for a free 30 minute consultation to understand your vision, your needs, your budget and to assess the feasibility of your project. We will discuss the planning procedure and architectural services we can provide for the whole project.

Feasibility & Site Survey
(RIBA Stages 1)

We will first assess what is and isn’t possible for your project by researching the area, the land topography and neighbouring buildings, planning history and relevant Local and National Planning Policy.

We conduct a measured building survey which allows us to develop detailed architectural drawings of the existing building.

Conceptual Design
(RIBA Stages 2)

There is never one design that fits all and we generally provide several concept design layouts to demonstrate the possible solutions. We can also provide 3D imagery to assist you to visualise the plans.

We collaborate closely with you to refine layouts, materials and finishes, ensuring the design perfectly matches your requirements.

Planning Application
(RIBA Stages 3)

Once we have a final design, we will prepare the necessary drawings and documents required for a planning submission. Where required we can recommend trusted consultants for any specialist information that might be necessary.

Building Regulations & Technical Designs
(RIBA Stages 4)

Once planning has been approved, we will commence with the technical design of the project. We can obtain the necessary consultant quotations for you and work collaboratively with them to produce highly accurate drawings and specifications. We can also provide a more detailed Schedule of Works document that allows an accurate quote to be obtained from a Building Contractor.

Tender & Contract Agreements
(RIBA Stages 4)

We can assist with obtaining quotes and tenders from reputable Building Contractors that have the appropriate insurances, health and safety procedures and the right skills to do the work.

We will analyse the construction costs and help make savings where necessary.

We can assist with contract negotiations and complete the Building Contract for you.

Contract Administration
(RIBA Stages 5-6)

We will administer the contract by monitoring the works on site and liaising with the Principal Contractor to ensure accurate payments are made and the project is delivered in a timely and efficient way.
